Google Classroom App Download for PC is a freeware service for creating real-time interaction between learners and scholars. It enables the schools to simplify their system for creating, distributing, and grading assignments. It saves time and paper by creating an auto-copy of Google Documents exclusively for students. It organizes the whole academic system.
The app is designed by a big giant to streamline the educational system as an assignment manager to create and distribute assignments by Google Drive. It also used a Gmail address for communicating between students and teachers and provides a private code to each student that is imported from School Information Management System.
Process of Starting with Google Classroom for PC
Unlike other apps, here you can’t sign in with any Google account, you need to sign in with Google Apps for Education account, and you can do so by following the given instructions.
- Go to the official website of classroom.google.com to sign in.
- Here you will receive a message in case of signing in via Google account, and you will be asked to sign in via Google Apps for Education.
- Click the “get started with Apps” button.
- Read all service on the Education page, and tap to “Get Apps Today” button on the upper right side.
- A form will be opened which you have to fill by giving the information of institution.
- Click “next” button.
- Enter your school website name and other details.
- Insert your password and username.
- Click the box to prove you are not a robot, click Read-and-Agree and then Accept and Signup box.
- You account has been created and now you can log in to admin portal by verifying the domain.
Now you can create a class by clicking the + button, and next classes in the same way. The created classes will be shown on the home screen. You need to add names, sections, and subjects for the identification of students.
You have to send an “Invite Link” and class or subject code via email. Open the “People” tab on the top corner, and click the “Invite Students” button, an icon with a person or + sign. You can invite students in group also if are in a Google Group. The students with the help of links and code join the class easily and quickly.
